This is just a quick post to get these photos online.

Some of the historic details remain, but all of the doors are gone, except for one or two closet doors and one pair of pocket doors. There also appears to be a pocket door sealed shut. The main staircase is really nice, and there is also a rear set of stairs for the maid. The kitchen retains what appears to be its original wainscoting. Unfortunately, the fireplace has been desecrated with fake stonework. Absolutely all of the plumbing--whatever is left of it!--needs to be replaced. I don't even remember what the electrical service looked like, but I'm assuming that has to be replaced. The furnace looks like it might be serviceable. There is water damage in several rooms and the roof probably needs to be replaced. In the attic I could see that there was some new sheathing, but also some places that still had the original cedar shingles. The porch is definitely not original, because from the inside you can see where there used to be a transom window.

If I could do Bagley, I can do this one. If I borrow thousands of dollars, of course. But I have enough doubt that I should sleep on it. Of course, by then, it will probably be gone. It's a nice location, if you don't mind being so close to the Trumbullplex.
